Joy’s keen eye for recognizing opportunity, paired with her entrepreneurial savvy, enabled the establishment of Theorem 3D. As the owner and CEO, Joy brings not only 35+ years of knowledge and management experience to Theorem 3D, but also her passion for building visionary enterprises. Since 1986, she has been an integral part of the operation and growth of DJS Associates, Theorem 3D’s parent company. Now as DJS’ CEO and owner, she oversees the strategic planning within the company, as well as develops additional ventures along the way.

Never one to slow down, Joy has contributed her talents to an array of industries, building thriving companies in forensic evidence storage, app development for “serious games,” forensic consulting services, and now, she is taking on the arts and technology industry with Theorem 3D’s VFX services. Joy’s educational background in business, expertise in organizational leadership, and decades of experience with reality capture and 3D animation technology spark innovation in an industry lesser known for its female leadership.
